Deposits, payments and cancellations

We here at Bouncing Bonkers, we want to make life as easy as we can for you.

We ask that upon booking that a non-refundable deposit of £20 per item is made. If however you need to change your booking we can do that for you very easily. (subject to availability) In the unlikely event of you being unhappy with our service we ask you right to us to request a refund within 24 hours of your booking.

What happens if the weather is bad.

Thankfully all our bouncy castles have all got rain covers so you can still have some fun.

We still put our units out in the rain. If however we attend your event and you have decided to postpone the event unfortunately you will not be entitled to a refund.

If cancellation is made before your booking date We can in some cases give you a cover note to book another bouncy castle or other product on a different daye to use within 24 months if cancellation is due to high wind gust, or thunderstorms and heavy rain.

Paying in full cancellation policy Within 8 weeks: 25% of total order... Within 4 weeks: 50%... Within 2 weeks: 75%... Within 1 week: 100% of total order payment
