Once setup is complete at your venue a lock will be added so they cant be moved and a photo taken of its location. If the trike is moved and there are any damages, the customer who made the booking is liable for the cost and for loss of booked bookings until trike or machines are fixed or replaced. These are very expensive trikes and machines so we have to protection over them.
